Microsoft Office has become practically the default programme for both home and office workers.

It is so easy to get started with it that many people receive no formal training in how to use it, which means that many people are missing out on time-saving short-cuts and techniques as well as useful tools such as templates and macros. (E.g. the Place Card Devil, here).
