I’ve been reading in the papers about the importance of computer security, the need to back up my files and the dangers of viruses. But there are so many antivirus programmes and I don’t really know how to protect my computer or my files adequately. I wish there was someone I could ask.
Why?
My broadband just doesn’t seem to be working properly and I’m not sure I’m receiving my emails. I think I’ve connected it all properly but I’d love someone to help me check it’s right.

I want to transfer everything onto my new computer. Help! How do I do it without losing anything – and without leaving any personal information on the old computer I want to get rid of?
